Delivery Policy
Chicken Coop Dyeworks will ship anywhere within the United States, Canada and Europe. When shipping to Europe and Canada, the purchaser is responsible for any import duties, V.A.T. taxes, import duties or any other taxes or tariffs required in the purchaser’s country. In the event that a shipment is returned to Chicken Coop Dyeworks due to nonpayment of any import duties, taxes or tariffs of any kind, purchaser will be refunded the cost of the purchase less a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. In the event that the item(s) purchased is/are custom ordered, purchaser will not receive a refund.
Chicken Coop Dyeworks makes every attempt to deliver your purchases timely. For those in the United States, in the event that your package is returned, we will make every attempt to contact you to determine how you would like your merchandise reshipped. If the problem is due to an incorrect address provided to Chicken Coop Dyeworks, it is at our discretion whether to charge the additional shipping charges.
We ship all domestic packages using a variety of shipping methods: U.S. Priority Mail, Federal Express and UPS. For our international customers, we ship First Class International. In the event you would like your package shipped via an express courier service such as DHS, please contact us so that we can make those arrangements.
For items in stock, we usually ship within 1-3 days of ordering. Custom orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
