Custom Order Policy
Chicken Coop Dyeworks loves dyeing custom orders. However, our dyeing technique involves dyeing in lots. Our minimum order for custom orders is 4 hanks. Custom orders made within the Continental United States ship free via U.S. Priority Mail.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a Custom Dye order, it can be returned for a refund; however the merchandise must be in its original form. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. Generally, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed. Please contact Chicken Coop Dyeworks prior to returning merchandise for more information.
